Pinnacle for NTB clients offer

It reminds me of my email to Indusind. Because I faced the same issue. As a result I couldn't apply of cc either online or through Bank Branch. Finally I sent a similar email to Premium Care id. It was resolved and I applied for card and got it too.

This is xxxx, I am writing to you as I would like to apply for an IndusInd credit card at a nearby IndusInd Bank branch. But, I am encountering an error indicating that an application with my details already exists at IndusInd Bank. Could you please get in touch with the bank's team.

Previously, I had an IndusInd Bank Legend credit card which I closed approximately two years ago. Could you please remove my PAN number xxxx from your records to enable me to apply for a new IndusInd credit card. Attached the screenshot of the error for your review. Please address the issue as soon as possible.
