Call or mail HDFC customer care. They will add it.

Pixel play credit card approved last week on Friday not visible in netbanking

In my experience, core card had appeared in a day or two in netbanking .however, swiggy card took 8/9 days to show up in netbanking. Appeared immediately in MyCards.
