hello i cancelled a emi of S24 which i buy from flopkart on icici card but emi is converted yesterday and refund is not credited yet. today i call icici customer care they told me that when refund credited i have call again for cancel the emi and processing fees will be charged even after the refund. any way to close emi now or to wait until refund is processed. and why processing fees will be charged when order is cancelled.
