Just got this email, Amex and Makemytrip partnership seems to be going strong.

You can log in to the Amex website, use the reward multiplier link and then purchase the tickets to get the 2/3x rewards.

With this, you get the multiplier but the only difference is the rewards can take up to 2-3 months to get credited to your account!

Haven't received the email so far. Will be an useful alternative to using Smartbuy for HDFC holders who also have Amex.

Absolutely! You can directly apply the code, it should be valid for all Amex cards.

Here you don't need to choose voucher option link at bottom of reward multipler page.
You need to directly visit the mmt website via the link on amex reward multipler portal. There are few brands that shows on homepage which has tie-up with amex just like axis has grab deals platform, or sites like cashkaro
