Switching to using CloudFlare proxy hides the real IP of your servers and makes it more difficult to attack just by using the domain name...

Site is loading way faster now. I'm on VPN and still it loads quickly.

It also takes user via Singapore or EU region for the most website unless you're on Cloudflare Pro plan 🤡
Considering this time server is hosted in SG, luckily this works out well for TF, lol. But I get your point, that is a downside of using the free plan of Cloudflare.

Not necessarily. I'm located in TN and I'm getting connected to BOM (Mumbai). If TF had a pro plan - I would be hitting MAA (Chennai).

Am getting "EWR" and it's damm slow like dial up or 2G
Yeap, that is from where one will enter the Cloudflare network, but when I ran complete traceroute on this, it still ended up getting to the US only, that leads me to believe that the proxy servers are in the US for free plan... Pro plan would have multiple edge proxies...
