Incorrect credit limit of HDFC CC in CIBIL report

Recently got hdfc credit card with 45k limit , today i checked my credit report on onescore app , it shows 25k limit. How can i rectify that ? While reporting on cibil website it ask for control no ? Also on cred which shows Equifax report , it is not showing my amazon cc which is there in...

You can use it without getting their card, yes.

I have been getting this since last 4 years, irrespective of the free provider. I get this even when i directly request paid report. I have tried calling and emailing them many times but they always reply with same response "Change browser and clear cookies".

The only way for me to access CIBIL is through other 3P apps such as Amazon.
