The saddest part is, CIBIL doesn't update Account Information including the payment history from their end and would redirect you to reach out to the lender directly. And then there are lenders who do not accept their fault promptly even if the shortfall is at their end. In either cases, customers are the sufferer at the end. We will pay back on time and we only need to chase them in case something goes wrong at their end. Then being a responsible and loyal borrower doesn't make any sense. Hypocrisy at its best!
Yeah I agree. Alas, we can't do anything until and unless RBI strengthens the rules. 🤷‍♂️

I was digging through some of the protocols and best practices RBI designed to report credit info but there is no specific line item on what needs to be done if bank makes some mistake and customer is at the receiving end. If bank makes money and earn profits from customer's money, then shouldn't they take care of the customer as a loyality? I'm very disappointed and frustrated literally.

In developing countries customer is just lamb, you have no rights to complain. They know only one in some 100's will have enough brain and then time to add in that actually fault find with them.

Honestly its mostly fault with the idiotic agents and bank employees that sale products more than any particular banks but problem happens when they refuse to cooperate with you.

It's not about Developing country vs Developed . It happens everywhere , even in the US

There you can complain and people take your complaint seriously. That's the difference between the developing vs developed. Of course everywhere people have to shit, but how its processed can be vastly different due to where you are born.

Yes banking regulations need to be restructured in order to protect customer and their loyality.

Are you using the card like is bill getting generated? Also have been paying before month end coz HDFC reports (and it only reports max utilized amount) to CIBIL at month end. So could be you paid all dues before month end, hence nothing shows up.
I don't have issue with that , I have issue with this,as it shows nothing 😢
And some wierd 1970 year
