For report over WhatsApp chat, does the WhatsApp number need to match with the number registered with the banks? Can I request it over an alternative number on WhatsApp?
 
I am HDFC customer and I just clicked on returning user link as I already have an account on Cibil butthe returning user link is giving error.
I have tried to logout and clearing all cookies with site data but didn't got success.
Can anyone help regarding this ? SS attached.

Try in Airtel Thanks app. I got score in the app and surprisingly I even got a mail from CIBIL with password protected report!!

Thank you, but the majority of people dont take Experian seriously.
I dont recall the last time I looked at my Experian score, but I do look at my CIBIL report 3 times a week.
 
Hello I have just received my new credit card. I’m assuming there would have been a CIBIL hit on profIle. That said I haven’t done a CIBIL enquiry from side.If i do check it now will it take another hit or Should I wait awhile and then check.Thanks.

Checking cibil won't hit your cibil as it's a soft enquiry.

bro sorry for the out of context question but i was reading your kotak spendz post and as I also have one i wanted to ask whether the card re-issuance fee is applicable only when physical card is ordered or it also means for virtual card?
