PNB credit card application

I applied PNB credit card upload all documents and Completed VKYC now got a mail they asking Form 16 I don't have Form 16 . Can I send others bank credit card statement. PNB can approve on card to card basis.

What documents you have submited before vdky ? I have submited last three month salary slip along with last six month bank statement

Which card you have applied?
Select will not be available on that income range but platinum may be approved

Generally they ask for ITR for everyone

I only submitted ITR of last 2 years and it got processed immediately.

PNB Application process for me goes like this :-

6 March 2023 - Applied for PNB card using 3 months payslip and 6 months bank statement, even though I didnt have ITR or Form 16.

7 March 2023 - Tried to complete VKYC, but no agent was connecting till 4.40 PM. Exactly at 4.45 PM, one agent got connected, and my VKYC was succesful.

9 March 2023 - VKYC approved. Yet in PNB Genie app, it showed that VKYC is "Not Applicable". Don't know why.

13 March 2023 - Got message that application is lying discrepant. Called customer care, and asked them what to do. Customer care...

Want to share my experience of getting a PNB credit card after months of delays, thanks to bank's incompetence and not accepting their fault. Also, want to show that banks cannot have everything their way if you can prove them wrong.

Before people jump to the conclusion that why can't I simply provide the ITR, I was in college for the past 2 years and therefore I did not file an ITR.

Dec-22: Filed for PNB Rupay Select online and completed VKYC after 2 days

Feb-23: VKYC approved and bank asked for ITR. I told bank that it is nowhere mentioned but they said it is mandatory as per...

I have 1 PNB credit card, however, in Cibil it shows 2 cards, CRED also shows me to set up a 2nd PNB card, is anyone experiencing the same?

I Applied on August -2024 they are asking for ITR or Form 16 i dont have both they are calling me every two days and i have said many times by calls and on email that please decline the application as i dont have these documents i have only last three months salary slips and bank statements what to do ?

Well ITR is kind of MUST for PNB CC. Only few might have managed to get it using salary slips. I don't know what can be done in your case.

i dont need pnb card i have been fed up by pnb email and calls i have said them many times i dont have itr please declined my application.but they does not declined the cards and after every two days they called me

Just send salary slips without mentioning anything about ITR.
