I recently contacted the PNB customer team via email to convert my existing credit card to an EMT RuPay variant. They responded after some time, asking for my address to deliver the new card. Today, I noticed the EMT RuPay card has been added to my account as an additional card rather than replacing the old one.I’m unsure how many credit cards one can hold with PNB. Also, the response time was a bit slow, but the card is now visible in my login.
