I need some suggestions
I am currently using Pnb Rupay platinum from last 2 months but i want Rupay select.
So can I upgrade to select or pnb issue 2 cards.
I need international longue access and i think Rupay has larger no of longues access.
Or is PNB rupay platinum gives international longue access.

Great.
Still very few international lounges accept Rupay , i tried it in Marhaba Dubai , it was not accepted , only accepted in Sleep n Fly. It was not accepted in Singapore Plaza Premium , nor in Heathrow , neither in Charles de Gaulle. Mostly Sleep n Fly lounges accepts Rupay but those are good for getting a nap only
On the contrary, Rupay has more options than Priority pass.

For Dubai it's only sleep and fly lounge

May be on paper it has , I just shared my experience , it was not accepted in Singapore Marhaba also . I tried using my PNB Rupay Select , then had to access plaza premium using PP. I too have high hopes with Rupay , I m sure there gonna fix this soon

Also for Heathrow , club aspire was closed I tried in plaza premium again, but not accepted had to use PP again

Not sure about this but I was getting access to Dubai Sleep and Fly lounge in terminal 3 with PNB Rupay Select , just wanted to check they accept Rupay or not , the lady in the counter did mention that Rupay select is accepted. We then used Marhaba as it had better food options there. Also to mention Rupay has partnership with Sleep and fly lounges mostly internationally which are good to take a quick nap but has no / limited food options
Mostly all banks disabled RuPay cards for International lounge access and these are tieup with Diners club's International lounge access or JCB variant get JCB's International lounge access.

You used Dubai Sleep and Fly lounge ? and the lady in the counter did mention that RuPay select is accepted ?

it means since RuPay network also expanding in Dubai that's why you access RuPay's own International lounge.

If you receive any physical receipt on your lounge access verification bill then can you check which card network name mentioned there ? Diners club or RuPay ? and also tell how much verification amount debited from your RuPay Select card for Dubai Sleep and Fly lounge ?

Also dreamfolk has covered this lounge.
