I had applied for PNB Rupay Select card in January. I got it approved in March on 16th March. Immediately after the card details and limit was assigned to me, I was asked to setup PNB Genie app. As soon as I setup the app and activated it, I got an SMS that I have been charged with joining fees of ₹590 (₹500 + GST). I paid the amount on 20th March. My March month bill also got generated on 20th March. I could see the joining fees being charged on March month statement.
But on 20th April, when my April month statement got generated, I saw that they have charged me with another set of joining fees. Now, I am confused if they have charged me with Joining fees and annual fees. Attaching both the screenshots for reference. Can anyone from TF community help me to understand if PNB charges joining fees twice or it is by mistake? Should I pay this or ask customer support for clarification?
