Wrong information. Delete it. Probably you are unaware about RSDC benifits of Credit cards. Don't mislead people with ur unverified assumptions.

Are you sure about wellness benefits of this card.
I don't think this pnb credit card offers quarterly wellness benefits. Those benefits are only available in pnb dc. CC is annually

Bro try to generate one . I have that card on payment page it isn't working.

Even though if it works those benefits will be annually not quarterly.
