Verify your usage in the last one year and if there were trxns (at least one trxn) in each of the last 4 calendar quarters, send an eMail to their Customer Care and ask for refund. ANY type of spending is OK.Only QR spends are considered or any spends considered (swipe or online) for Quarterly spends??

So you received the SR number for fee waiver right, wait for it to work.I had upgraded my card to Select last year in August. I wasn't charged any joining fee at the time. But I saw 750 + gst 18% annual fees in November statement even though I have been using the card every month . I was busy at that time and forgot later. I remembered just now and called cc . After 10 minutes call ,she raised a complaint for fee waiver. I have received the message saying the same along with the SR#.
Also I would like to rant about how this particular cc executive was rude and condescending towards me for no reason. The whole time either she was trying to get my identity verified again and again or trying to justify the annual charge. Also at last she said that your annual fees might not be reversed . The whole time I was polite and to the point with her.
Yes I received a text from PNBCCD. It says 'your request for card **** for Fee Waiver has been registered as <sr no>'.So you received the SR number for fee waiver right, wait for it to work.
