Possibility of getting ICICI Coral Debit Card as LTF

I wonder if anyone has received a Lifetime Free (LTF) ICICI Bank Coral Debit Card variant.
I tried checking with ICICI Bank on the possibility of getting a Coral debit card as LTF but they denied stating that the bank never offers Coral debit card as LTF.
Has anyone received the same?

I used to......but stopped as I was not getting enough benifits in continuing the same.
Are salaried account holders eligible for LTF Coral debit card ? I tried asking them when I was having an active salary account but they declined.

Nothing major....was holding ICICI account with a healthy MAB, hence thought of upgrading my debit card to make best use of it....any suggestions for a better debit card from ICICI's portfolio??
