Issue Resolved Power of RBI | Received ₹750 Lifestyle welcome voucher from BOB VISA Sapphire debit card

The highlighted issue has been resolved by the bank/financial institution.
but when you apply in app it show it comes with voucher, I am gonna file complaint too I have screenshot as well
Let it go, brother. They may or may not provide citing last date as you need to share TnC page of voucher last date not product page. In my case also SBI SimplyClick denied 500 APay voucher saying it was ended last month and you didn't activated card by doing txn in time.
 
This is sufficient to raise a complaint.

@sjmajumder bro, I have an open complaint against BoB for not providing the Lifestyle voucher, despite it being mentioned in multiple places. This week, my home branch contacted me and transferred ₹750 to my account. They also asked me to reply to their email confirming that I have received the voucher.

Although I had demanded ₹10,000 as compensation for harassment in my complaint to the RBI, do you think I still stand a chance of getting it now that they've transferred ₹750 to my account?

Yes, definitely. You can still get compensation. Do not respond to their mail. They will use it to close your RBIO complaint saying they have resolved your issue.

Got the card last month around 12th december, and also have got the welcome kit which clearly states 750 lifestyle voucher, should i file complain with BOB or directly RBI ombudsman?
ye apni kabr khud hi khod rahe h or ₹750 ki bajaye 10K ka compensation dete firenge per user. Website se hatakr inko lag raha sab successfully implement ho gaya h

Can you share the email id of BOB? Where to escalate?
You have to put some small effort.

It is not common email ids.

First your branch email id, escalation you have find your circle and regional email ids.

Search in their website. You will get them.
