Pre approved credit card

Applied for Axis Bank My Zone card 2 weeks back by visiting branch and application was rejected due to income documents
After that 5 days i have applied for pre approved credit card by selecting Ace Credit card in Axis bank mobile app after 2 days even this application was rejected saying due to Banks internal policies we cannot provide card to you now
Can anyone say me what might be the reason and Did anyone got rejected for Pre approved credit card after applying

Give a gap of 3 months between two applications irrespective of status of approval. Pre approved offers do not guarantee the issuance of credit cards.

Rejections can be due to various reasons, some of them are:
1. Income related.
2. Lack of serviceable area.
3. Credit history.
4. It's Axis bank. They reject it due to their own moods.
