This is 2nd time I got Tata infinity card as pre approved on tata neu app and rejected after application. I do not have last name so, I used my father's name as my last name. I emailed escalation.cc@hdf.... and they responded citing a name mismatch issue. They requested to send proof of name change to the Chennai office. Previously, I sent a photocopy of my passport and a declaration to Chennai office, but it was still rejected. This time emailed to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com, informing them I already hold a 1 year old Regalia Gold Card and never changed my name. I am now awaiting their response.
