Pre-approved offer but not able to apply

Hello all,

I applied for Indusind credit card 10 days back online but got rejected.

After that, I got calls daily saying "You got a preapproved offer". Also got WhatsApp communication saying the same.

but, when try to apply with that link, it goes to list of preapproved offered cards and I choose legend and click get card button. it says I have an existing application or I am an existing credit card holder.

I called their customer care multiple times. each time it took 45mins to 1hour to connect - after connecting he/she didn't know anything even ENGLISH and put me on hold and redirected my call to the savings department and they asked me to disconnect the call and call again. That's the worst CC EVER.

I mailed them and no response.

Is it really worth the try or I just leave that?

Are there any tricks to get this from this situation?

Cooling off as well as ur old data of credit card application to be cleared in back end by agents else u cant apply again

How long will be cooling period for indusind?

I think it's 6 months.

Need to done through customer care or need to visit the branch or through mail. pls guide me regarding this. If mail means customercare mailid?

Get branch support they have some backend technical emails which we dont know as customers
Branch guys if strong on operations they can fix it on 24 hrs

Similar cooling period required after closing a card ?

Closed my legend card 1 month ago . Immediately after that , started receiving pre approved offer , but not able to apply . Getting same message as OP.

How much is the cooling off period ?
