Premier to Eterna Upgrade

I've recently emailed to eterna@bobfinancial.com for upgrading my Premier card to Eterna.
They have asked me to do the process online but since I already hold 1 BOB card, there is no option to apply for 2nd card.

How do I do it? Offline? or with conversions@bobfinancial.com.

Conversions team will send a form to fill and sign but that form has BOB Fees and not LTF

How to proceed?

I was hoping to pay Rent using Payzapp wallet where it rewards 3.75%.

Yes. No reward points on rent payment from July 2024.

No, I am asking about wallet loads. Payzapp wallet load using Eterna gives 3.75% and then you could use that balance to pay your redgiraffe rent bill.

Thanks! I just checked, and they did not mention wallet loads in their devaluation statement.

They purposely exclude certain users from getting rewards points on wallet loads or won't allow them to transact on PayzApp itself. This is what I have seen on this forum.

Add-on Eterna cards, however, continue to work fine. Anyhow, they have already made a Cibil check, so I might as well get the card and hold it for one year.

Yes they will. Be persistent in mailing. They will accept.
