Premium Credit Card with c2c application

The HDFC Biz Black Card can be easily obtained as a floater card. To be eligible, you must have any core HDFC credit card with a minimum credit limit of ₹6 lakhs. Once this requirement is met, you can request the Biz Black Card from the bank, and approval is usually straightforward.

That's why I mentioned that getting the BizBlack Card would be easy.
yes but i have Money back plus from 1 year with 50k limit no LE or upgrade provided then when these business card launch i visit the bank and they ask me to close money back and assured me to provide bizpower as bizblack is out of my ITR so i take the bizpower now when i try for second card they said only marriot or pixel can be provided and there is very rare chance of their upgrade to premium card

If you are self-employed, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank are the best options for getting premium credit cards.

  • HDFC Bank: If you open a current account with HDFC Bank, you can easily get the BizBlack credit card.
  • ICICI Bank: The Times Black credit card is relatively easier to obtain. Additionally, the Emeralde (plastic version) might be available as a lifetime free card based on your income tax returns (ITR).
  • Emeralde Private Metal Edition: If you somehow upgrade your ICICI account to Private Banking, you may also be eligible for the Emeralde Private Metal Edition card.

Other banks also offer good credit cards, but approvals largely depend on your ITR. Nowadays, super-premium cards are rarely issued on a "card-to-card" basis. While banks allow applications via this method, approvals are still based on your ITR and credit score (CIBIL), making the "card-to-card" method mostly ineffective.

I am sharing this based on my personal experience, as I recently faced the same situation.
Hi, are you sure about HDFC offering BizBlack on new current account creation?

You may get the card as lifetime free if you have a strong relationship with ICICI Bank. Simply put, if your Total Relationship Value (TRV) exceeds ₹50 lakh, you can easily request the bank to offer the Emeralde card as a lifetime free benefit. With such a high TRV, you automatically qualify as a Wealth customer, and some Wealth customers have received this card as lifetime free. In many cases, it even appears as a pre-approved offer.

If not, you can ask your Relationship Manager (RM) to submit a request on your behalf. The eligibility for a lifetime free premium card from ICICI Bank depends entirely on your banking relationship. If you are a new customer, the bank will likely ask for your ITR or salary slip to determine eligibility before issuing the card.
Are you sure about ICICI offering Emeralde card as LTF with over 50L TRV because I have that and they were only offering Sapphiro as LTF

Yes, absolutely. In fact, some people have received a lifetime free offer even with a lower Total Relationship Value (TRV) than this. If you’re pre-approved, it usually shows up under i mobile app. And if your TRV is over ₹50 lakhs, you can try visiting a new branch and talk to the branch manager about switching your account there — they might offer you the Emeralde card as lifetime free.

No, they will never generate emeralde pvc, I already tired of it getting it third time with joining & annual fees.

You have to wait till eternity.

I am aware of getting pre-approved Emeralde LTF offers for less TRV. But do you know of any case where a customer with 50L TRV got Emeralde (PVC) LTF not via pre-approved offer? Please share details @Dr.Anand456
Thanks

I haven't seen a case where the Emeralde card has been offered as a lifetime free card purely on the basis of TRV (Total Relationship Value). However, there are chances of getting it. If people can get it with a lower TRV, then it's definitely possible when your TRV is higher. And as I’ve said before, a lot in ICICI Bank also depends on your luck.

Thank you for the reply @Dr.Anand456
Lower and higher range would connote to approximately how much, please?
One of my relatives is inclined on getting Emeralde LTF.
This relative is a Private account holder (via family grouping not salary, loan, etc.) but doesn't hold much TRV or any primary credit card with ICICI or any other bank. Would like to apply via relationship route not via ITR/salary slip. Suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, if you have a good relationship with ICICI Bank—meaning if you are a Wealth or Private Banking customer—you can directly apply for any card or service through your branch manager or relationship manager. While approval is not guaranteed, your chances of getting financial products like credit cards or loans increase significantly based on your Total Relationship Value (TRV) with the bank. Personally, I also try to apply for everything in ICICI Bank based on my TRV, and most of the time, I end up getting approved.
