Prepaid Cards to give to staff from company

What are some Prepaid card options that can be managed by the company to allocate funds on-demand/auto load when the balance goes below a threshold and issue it to the staff of the company?

We're looking to issue some cards to various staff so we can load funds that can be used to make purchases offline for various purposes. Please suggest.

Isn't that for food and other employee benefits?

Our use case is to allocate funds for company expenses for the tasks given to the staff. For example the drivers will get cards with loaded funds for monthly fuel refilling and relevant expenses. It's not a benefit for them but an expense to the company.

You can use any major bank to issue prepaid cards and they will do it.
