prepayment of HDFC Diners privilage/DCB Credit card

Hi all, can someone clarify me that if we spend 40k on the diners privilege credit card, and we do a part-payment of 20k, do we still eligible for monthly milestone benefits?
because in T&c i read these below lines,
"Please note that credits, if any will be subtracted from the total spends for the corresponding calendar month"
"All Diners Privilege card members can select any one monthly milestone benefit from a choice of cult.fit Live 1-month subscription or BookMyShow or TataCLiQ or Ola cabs vouchers worth Rs. 500 every month provided your net spend Rs. 40,000 in a calendar month"

they are referring to net monthly transactions to be more than or equal to 40k

it won't affect the limit. the limit depends on spends and not on prepayment.

Eligible milestone will be calculated on spends.

Yes, you will be eligible.

Yes, you should be eligible. A pre-payment is not a merchant credit/refund, that would affect your spends.
