I recently got Axis Magnus credit card and shopped through grabdeals at Flipkart. But I didn’t receive any message that my transaction has been recorded on Grabdeals. I tried customer care they said contact Flipkart. At that moment I realised customer support is just useless.
Is there any priority mail ID for Axis Magnus card holders on which I can explain them the issue?
If yes then it’d be great if someone provides me that. Else any other mail ID on which I can expect an actual response and not some auto generated message.
