Priority email for Magnus Card holders?

I recently got Axis Magnus credit card and shopped through grabdeals at Flipkart. But I didn’t receive any message that my transaction has been recorded on Grabdeals. I tried customer care they said contact Flipkart. At that moment I realised customer support is just useless.

Is there any priority mail ID for Axis Magnus card holders on which I can explain them the issue?

If yes then it’d be great if someone provides me that. Else any other mail ID on which I can expect an actual response and not some auto generated message.

2 points here. You will never get the message at all times. If you have gone through proper channel, you should get it. There are a couple of threads that mention it.

It takes 2-3 days to get the SMS from grabdeals, so you need to wait. Few mentioned they never got but received rewards

FYI- What did you buy? Some mobile phones are not there in the accelerated rewards

Yeah but at least everyone should get a message so that they know they’re gonna receive the points. Similar case happened with my Ace card, I didn’t get 5% Cashback message on one of my huge bill payments. But I did get the Cashback once my statement was generated
