Priority pass free renewal

I have SBI Prime, the first priority pass was complimentary. However, they have declined to issue priority pass renewal complimentary and asked me to pay $99/-. Now, I am considering to apply for Regalia or diners club. Does HDFC offer free renewal of priority pass for Regalia? if not, is diners better option?

With HDFC whenever card renewed PP also renewed free of cost
