Priority pass I received with pinnacle is having only 1 year validity .
Does the priority pass get renewed automatically ? do we have to pay any renewal fee for priority pass also is there any spent criteria for lounge usage and priority pass renewal ?

Pinnacle priority pass is just a card which dont have no free international access
IndusInd ask to buy some 5k pack so that 2 or 3 visits free per year
I closed my pinnacle last year at that time it was like that
Not sure if any improvements now

While I checked with bank they said there is 2 complimentary international lounge access per quarter. Not entirely sure of this.. Can someone who holds this card share their experience

I was told the same by bank. Haven't used it yet so can't say if it's true.

I have used it for international lounge without any issue. Just Paid 15000 as joining fees for which got vouchers worth the same. Now it is LTF.

Hey guys, just got my pinnacle card upgraded LTF from Legend. I only recieved the card and not PP. Do they ship the PP automatically or do I have to call and request them for it?

I dont think the eazydiner 1 year free membership benefit is still available on this card?

Also what is the forex fee on this card?

How you got the upgrade I have been trying to get the Tiger/Pinnacle Card from Legend. CC is saying for Tiger I need a 1.5L limit but my current limit is 1L.

My limit is only 1.12L.
The upgrade came via sms with a link and it showed 0 JF and 0 AF.

Prior to this for many months I have been getting a call to upgrade to pinnacle with the one time JF of 15k but I've been declining and told I only will take it if free.

Can you share your relationship with IndusInd Bank? I am getting the 0 balance account offer via Whats app email regularly.

I hold 2 accounts with them. One I opened via legend ( indus advantage) and then got select account for bill payment.
Both are 0 MAB.

I only use the select account and the balance is always around 10k only. I transfer the CC bill amounts and clear the CCs immediately.

I was quite surprised that I got the pinnacle with O JF, but upon reading more, I see many users have got this over the last year.

Arguably tiger is probably a better card than pinnacle but I intend to upgrade my select to exclusive.

I, too, am getting calls from IndusInd customer care for upgrade from my IndusInd Visa Platinum (LTF - 5L limit) to Pinnacle (15K + GST one time fee - vouchers worth 15K in return). But I've been declining so far. I'm not interested in vouchers. I've asked them for true LTF, but they've been declining.I have no other relationship with Indusind. No accounts, nothing.
