Private Pension plan

Does anyone have any experience with Private Pension plans in India?

I would like to know how good these plans are and if it's worth investing in them.

Would like to learn more about these, as far as I understand these are ulips with maturity post retirement? (which is again something I question why insurance ...?)

Also they make it sound like invest 5k a month and get 1lk a month after retirement and I don't understand the math here.
