Probability of New Bank

Lately there’s no news of new banks starting in India, if there is a new bank that’s going to be started based on all customer feedback or customer desired features? What will be your demands? What features or set of operations or rules you want from that bank

Same Mera bhi sirf relation hya cash deposit kyun ki Mera Ghar ke opposite side e sbi ka branch Hain aur cash deposit by debit card ho jata hain easily utna line wagera mein khada nahi rahena padta

This reminded me of an SBI incident last month.
I was there in the branch for some correction.
A man who seemed to be a daily wage worker, came to the counter and shown his phone to the SBI account opening employee by saying that "this much money is getting deducted every month from my account from last 3 months after opening this account".
Guess what, it was some monthly premium (around 200 or so) I believe that was getting deducted every month from his account. And the person who opened his account actually enrolled him into some policy without his knowledge or without him understanding the premium deduction.
This is such a sorry state of affairs of these banks' employees.

Now let me tell one
One day a person standing in line just said to the employee to use cash counting machine instead of counting by hands(don't know why they never use itt, it is just lying on their desk and waste time), the employee starting shouting on him, that I will file a court case against you. I am a heart patient, will get admitted to hospital blah blah. I was like wtf, kya bank hai, itna unprofessionalism. And then he said, sbi tumhare upr meherbaani kr rha h 0 mab acc deke, itna hai to dusre bank m acc khol lo and that person was literally holding a bag full of cash, and he just went away saying maa ch***o, chahiye bhi nhi tumhara acc🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, SBI is actually seen as a bad service provider bank because of its employees who feel "entitled and privileged" to do or not do things, in whichever way they want, and whenever they want. Most of them are egoistic, no doubt about it.
They know they are a government employee and can drag even their employer to the court if there's a question mark on their ongoing employment.
And this gets onto their heads.
And then there are some good SBI branches where employees are actually better.
It depends on branch to branch and employee to employee. But at the end of the day, majority of them are good for nothing.
That's why when it comes to SBI, do banking in a way where you don't have to see their employees' faces.

sbi bankers are cocky because they know even if customers dont deposit thier money
govt will for thier financial transactions effectively giving them low cost deposits and they have pensions which brushes their egos and gives them the audacity to act like this
you wont see such attitude in private and foreign bankers because they cant afford to do so

Job security + No negative impact of business performance on compensation + Retirals = SBI employee's attitude
