Does anybody here pay regularly on SBI Collect platform using credit card / UPI Wallet?
My apartment uses it and this thing has been rejecting my credit cards (SC Ultimate MasterCard - which used to work earlier, Diners - never worked).
It also used to initially accept UPI wallet (amazonpay / payzapp) but that doesn't work either.
They don't even reply to emails. After the transaction fails I have tried calling up my bank to see if it's an issue at their end - they can't even trace the transaction.
In the case of HDFC Diners - it goes up to the OTP screen and then says failed. For SC Ultimate doesn't even go to OTP page.
