Hello friends, I am facing an issue while migrating from the IndusInd Mobile Banking application to the new INDIE application. When I enter my PAN details during the registration process, I receive a message stating, "Hey, we have met before," and I am unable to proceed further.
Currently, I use IndusInd services across three different mobile numbers:
A loan account linked to my primary number.
A minor savings account for my son, linked to his number.
An IndusInd credit card linked to my secondary number.
With the previous IndusInd Mobile Banking application, I was able to manage these accounts separately using their respective numbers. However, the new INDIE application does not allow me to register across multiple numbers, restricting my access.
I would like to continue using the application on all three numbers as I do now. Please assist in resolving this issue so I can complete the migration process without any disruptions.
