Did someone get 30% bonus using Axis Points Transfer to Qatar Airways?

I got 20% as had transferred less than 30k points. Credit date of 12/12/22.

Quick follow up, does Qatar Airways run this offer frequently? If that's the case best to accumulate miles rather than transferring in tranches of 10-20k!
