Qatar Award ticket booking

I have recently opened a Qatar airways Privilage club. I currently have 0 avios. With nil balance I'm unable to search for award tickets as it is saying I do not have sufficient points. I'm also not able to see how much it costs to buy avios as well, as it says one needs minimum of 1000 avios to even buy more avios.

My Question:
How can I check the exact avios requied for an award ticket and the associated costs.
How much does it cost to buy abount 10k - 15k avios?

Buying Avios is not worth it in India because you need to pay in USD for them. 10k Avios would cost around 250 USD. The best way to accumulate Avios is to use Axis Atlas or Magnus Burgundy. I racked up 1.4L Avios in a year with Atlas + AMEX Trifecta.
