Quarterly milestone reward not given in regalia gold

I have made certain spends which were done on March 30 & 31 . However, these were not considered for quarterly milestone reward. What shall be the steps to get quarterly milestone reward and ensure correct calculation. Also that the benefits page says spend for quarter not says settlement for quarterly transaction.

CCs take settlement date for calculation of rewards. Yours might have fallen on Apr 1st, 2nd and would be considered for apr-may-jun quarter.

I'm in the same boat, and we are just unfortunate. The T&C clearly says that transaction is considered post settlement.

This year I am facing a new issue where my amount has been reduced or maybe some backend error as only around 5000 is being shown in both quarterly as well as annual milestone

An update here. Customer support confirmed that 10k points will be credited for this transaction done on 30th March. Let's wait and see if that is true.
