Query - Investment in BetterInvest

I have done investment in BetterInvest. Their return of18% IRR is a bit unrealistic. The downside I faced is that the returns are not consistent. They say 2 to 3 months, not mentioning an exact date for repayment. That was bit scary when I started out. I am not planning to invest with them any further, as I wish to have some control on my money. There are other invoice discounting apps like AltGraaf, Tap Invest, GripInvest, etc. which provides timely returns.
Which platform is this
heard the same among my peers, not in any groups.
I feel its not risk free

That is ULIP or endowment policy
The worst insurance product. For any endowment policy if you calculate the returns it won't even cross 5-6% which is worse than FD after tax.
You easily get 9% FD in SFBs better opt for that. Skip these plans saying guaranteed word. Nothing is guaranteed in this world..
Watch this video for better understanding at 1.5x if you want. It will tell you the way to calculate the return.
Times are tough... Avoid Invoice Discount for sometime... Defaults are rising..
True I had a default in big spoon n after that I never invested in invoice discounting.
Completed around 10 months investing with BetterInvest & so far good experience with no defaults on investments.
There have been only 3 deals which had delayed payment out of all the invested deals in last 10months but those have been paid out with additional interest added for the delayed period.
So for diversification, I found this platform as good and easy to invest with average post tax return of above 11% (for 30% tax slab customers).
Also full transparency on delayed deals if happens any with details communicated on email as well as on their website.
In case if you want to park some money outside FD & market, do try investing in this platform.

What was the production u had invested?
I have invested across number of production houses. I prefer to spread the amounts across different production houses rather than going with full force with one production house only. Usually I select deals based on famous OTT Buyers only like Amazon/Netflix/Star & Sony.
