Anyone knows where does firstcry gift certificate balance would go incase we returns the product bought using it ? It would be credited back to the gift certificate? And we can use it later for our next purchase right?

The balance amount shall get credited under Cash refund section which can be used for further shopping on site. If you don’t want to shot and want a refund of that balance the go to Cash Refunds section under My refunds. There you’ll get an option to get the refund via UPI or in Bank a/c by specifying details.
