Hi TF members, my One card application has been rejected recently although I hold multiple premium credit card of most of the banks and current CIBIL score is 792 but Onecard team is not providing exact reason, they responded as below when I have sent an email:
"We have an update on your OneCard application status. Unfortunately, due to our internal policies, we are unable to approve your application at this time. Please note that you can check the status of your application within the app itself.
While this news may be disappointing, we want to assure you that this outcome does not entirely reflect your financial profile or creditworthiness. This can happen due to various factors including, but not limited to your credit score.
We're excited to share that we're continually developing other products and services. So, please keep an eye on updates in the app, where we'll share these new opportunities with you."
Please advise how can I proceed now to know the exact reason for rejection?
