Query on using utility bill as address proof for credit card delivery

I am applying for an AU bank credit card which is not servicable in my hometown(my aadhar address).
I live in Bangalore in a PG but i can give my uncle's residential address. Do they accept if the utility bill is in other person's name other than applicants name?
