Query regarding application status

What do they mean by the below status message ?

"We are sorry. We are unable to locate an online offer for Your at this time. Please contact Yourr nearest Bank Branch,who will assist Your with Your application."

The application is still in "INPROCESS"

The original urls show the status as "Inprocess"
