Query regarding Autopay biz black

Hi. I have hdfc biz black cc. There needs to be atleast one transaction per month for lounge access to be available for next month.
There are times when I don't use this card for whole month. So is there some app/membership in which I can set up low amount of Autopay so that I don't miss out on lounge access for next month.

Tried youtube, netflix both not supported.

You can set auto pay for utility bills via hdfc portal itself. Try once
