Query regarding expiry of ALL(Accor) points.

Hi,

I have last stayed in an Accor property in 23rd December 2023. I have transferred points to my Accor account from my edge miles since then (last sometime in July).
Can someone please guide me about whether 1 year of validity of points is calculated from date of transfer of points into Accor ALL points account or date of last stay?

In your case, july is the answet...now if you tranfser now...validity will be updated till november next year
