Query Regarding International Lounge Access for Family Using Axis Atlas Silver tier

I'm traveling to Dubai soon with my family of 4 (excluding myself), and I hold the Axis Bank Atlas Credit Card with Silver Tier, which includes 4 international lounge access visits. I understand complimentary guest access is allowed—can I use all 4 complimentary visits for myself and my 3 family members at once? Or is there a limit on guest lounge access under this card? also there is an infant under 2 years would they allow him for free?

Yes can be done. Use your Axis Open app and check under benefits section like this ( I have checked for Dubai International Airport - Ahlan Business Class Lounge)
