Query - SBI Cashback Credit Card Double Dip Possible ?

Normally when there is a SBI Card specific instant discount during sales , instant discount doesn't apply to SBI Cashback Card
But when there is discount on All Bank Credit & Debit Card , instant discount applies to SBI Cashback Card too
So is it possible to get 5% Cashback too along with instant discount ?
