Infinia Query - What should be done to see HDFC INFINIA in Pre-Approved list?

It's not cleared by hdfc till now, but if you maintain 2cr trv, and if you already having limits more than 8 lacs then whenever the offer will generate it will give you infinia.I was shocked to see this.
How come Infinia be listed in Preapproved section? What must have he done to get this?
I read many articles that a war should be done to get Infinia.

If you apply by selecting Infinia they will straight away reject it
Well, first of all- you’ve used a screenshot that was posted on Reddit. If you’d also read the post, you might’ve not asked here again.
So for all those who are wondering- the guy opened a new salary account when he joined a new company and got a little over 5L net salary due to joining bonus and other perks.
Also, the guy fulfills the criteria for DCBM already. If anyone wants to try this- open new salary account and ask your employer to give 5L net salary in the first month. Keep faith in your luck and you might get a pre approved Infinia🥳

It doesn't matter, if the question is about how you get, you get pre approved if hdfc already have any details about your profile where previously if you have taken any loan etc. And also it will be under conditional bases such as your account status and usage of your credit card, your loans etc, straight out of the box it cannot be given for Infinia.

I am a DCB metal holder(HDFC salary account from 13 years). I spent more than 15 lakh in one year(>10 lakh in 6 month) on DCB.was trying for infinia in different ways(priority redressal, grievance, RM etc.) but never got a positive response.
So as soon as I saw this on reddit, I thought of getting this clarified on Technofino how come INFINIA is preapproved. Since that is not my card, I whitemarked the name and pasted the screenshot).

Btw similar question - does anyone ever get to see Infina as upgrade option in app/ NetBanking? Or is it strictly get invited through grievance redressal.
Infinia is relatively easy for New to Bank (NTB) customers. If you meet the salary criteria, you can get it pre-approved, it was always the case. Only old customers have to go through one of the upgrade routes like RM, Spends Criteria, TRV or ITR.
It is always good to do cross-posting to get more valuable insights and expert opinions, that's what community is for 🙂

Guys I have an update. That 1cr RLV for imperia is correct 99.99%. I went to a branch, talked to BM directly. It was a new branch. I show her this screenshot
This is what I had too and I got it from social media and even reddit had this but no official confirmation was there. Now, I went and BM told me let me check with my senior officials. Later in few house BM called me and told me this is correct. I asked if she can send this to me in email from her hdfc official email. She said sure, then she sent email screenshot below. Now interesting part is when she sent me this, the...

Yes, I had regalia first with a 21 L limit. I got an upgrade to infinia in NetBanking with same limit.

My wife, my mother and my aunt, all got Infinia in pre-approved section. Even I was shocked to see it. Neither of them did not hold any credit card or loan ever. Also, they were not in the high income group. Got a call from my rm that they have pre-approved infinia in their account. I applied in all 3 accounts. 1 was rejected and 2 were approved and delivered. I am still searching for the reason for their pre-approved infinia.I was shocked to see this.

Does the employer needs to have a tie-up to open salary account in HDFC? My relative has a startup company and he pays salaries to his employees via NEFT through his company's current account. I can request him to credit Rs 5 lacs+ in my bank account per month mentioning the salary. Will this work to get Infinia Metal card?
