Infinia Query - What should be done to see HDFC INFINIA in Pre-Approved list?

Does the employer needs to have a tie-up to open salary account in HDFC? My relative has a startup company and he pays salaries to his employees via NEFT through his company's current account. I can request him to credit Rs 5 lacs+ in my bank account per month mentioning the salary. Will this work to get Infinia Metal card?

Not possible. You are supposed to specifically open salary account in hdfc that tags you. Or have a salary account in other bank. And for 3 months need to credit in your account with salary slip or just 3 months credit salary slip with salary account statement.

Salary slip mandatory. And that will reflect in your itr as salary with tds and deductions etc of company name so careful. Do note itr will be asked so in that compution and itr acknowledgement it shows very clear

He will be obligated to deduct TDS on it u/s 192 B. So it will appear on your 26AS and you will have to pay full tax on it.
