Question about PNB FD-based credit card and “Minimal Annual Fee”

So there are a few FDs in my mom’s name at PNB, and I figured since I don’t have a credit card with them, I might as well get one against the FD. But now I’m confused about this “Minimal Annual Fee” thing they mention. Anyone here who has an FD-based PNB credit card-can you confirm what the actual charges are?
