Question on SBI Cashback Approval/rejected status

How many days does SBI takes to provide Approval/rejected status for Cashback CC ?
Currently holding SBI Simply click since june 2021,

I have applied for Cashback CC Via sprint on 6/3/23
Completed Physical KYC on 7/3/23.
Didn't got any response/communication after physical KYC.

I got call and have been asked to mail bank statement and salary slip to email sales.sbicard09 ikyastaffing.com

Should I share documents or is it a fraud?

Don't. Block the number on your phone.

I got similar call, I took it to twitter and sent a dm to sbi card they promptly called me and asked all things that happened at last they confirmed it’s genuine and I can share documents with them.
