Random address and mobile number added to my cibil

Hi

I see some random notification from cibil that new mobile number added, new address added and it says Reported by as "ATLAS Triggers Terminated"

Not sure how and who did it and how do I get it resolved?

happened to one of my family members turned out to be technical error triggered sms and mail. when checked refreshed cibil, no new address/phone numbers were found...
