Random Rs. 250 Amazon Voucher received on SBI Credit Card (Don't know why)

Received the following message today:

Dear Cardholder, you have received Rs. 250 Amazon Voucher for your SBI Card application. To redeem, please visit https://txp2.in/v/AwDaXcATFN2 , use PIN: XXXX and Reference ID: TXxxxxxxxx. Validity: 17-Nov-24. TnC - SBI Card

I have already redeemed the 250 Rs amazon voucher just to check if it was actually valid.

I am holding SBI Cashback which I use regularly and SBI simply click credit card which I don't use at all.

So don't actually know why I received the voucher. Has anyone else also received a similar voucher?

Not sure about it but 6 months back my SBI BPCL normal credit card was approved.

Same here, I received the SBI Simplyclick card in January this year but have been hardly using it.
