rbi ombudsman complaint pending

Raised a complain for SI CREVA CAPITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, company behind Kissht, paywithring who exploit users with the name of 0% interest on loan. I got a cibil enquiry and a loan is added as someone from the same name applied for it. user email and mobile number is visible in my cibil. despite raising complain with rbi, no update in last 2 months.
this dropped my cibil by huge points. what should i do now?

CA saab the technical team of payzapp denied changing my phone number saying it isn't possible for them, HDFC CC is sending BS emails in name of solution, will rbi bamboodsman help in this case? Should I try I'm confused as they are saying it isn't possible, agar rbi mein complain karunga toh bhaari time waste ho jayega agar woh log change nhi kar paye toh

Actually payzap is ex of HDFC

Bhai kya kroge payzapp ka? Lappu sa to app hai.

Bas tab thoda benefit hai agr phone mein nfc hai or cc wallet reload pe rewards de. Or kuch bhi krlo ab kuch nhi ho skta. Phle nhi krna tha payzapp pe register...😂
