Absolutely no idea on this. RBIO gives whatever he feels like, that is if he feels like giving a compensation at all. No clear guidelines on this.

I complained To RBIO against IDFC first bank on 28/01/2025 there is no response from any end yet
I think I have to wait for 6 months

sort of 3-6 months... dont loose hope, atleast your issue will get resolved.

Nothing can be done with RBIO . Some cases takes time. Some people reported that pgportal may help in RBIO resolution. Not sure
